Shipping Schedule
Orders are processed during business days only (Monday through Friday). I do not ship on the weekends, US-observed holidays, or scheduled shop breaks.
Delivery with the US
I offer two (2) shipping options with the USPS: First-Class Mail and First-Class Package. I only ship with USPS.
First-Class Mail

.:. Not eligible for replacement if order is lost in the mail
First-Class Package

.:. Tracked shipping
.:. Valid for all orders and required for orders with at least one (1) non-flat item
.:. Eligible for replacement if order is lost in the mail
Delivery to Canada
I offer one (1) shipping option with the USPS: First-Class Package International. I only ship with USPS.

.:. Valid for all orders and required for orders with at least one (1) non-flat item
.:. Eligible for refund or replacement if order is lost in the mail
I encourage the use of tracked shipping as it gives us both the most information relating the status, weight, and whereabouts of your package.
* Please note that the USPS and Canada Post is quite overloaded at the moment. Your order may experience delays once it is shipped.*
Policies
.:. My normal processing time is 5-7 business days for ready-to-ship items. Processing times for custom orders is listed in the product description. During shop updates or sales, this time may be extended.
.:. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once the order is placed.
.:. Order addresses can be changed up until 24 hours after the order is placed.
.:. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once the processing time begins.
.:. An order is considered lost when it has not arrived 21 business days for US orders and 35 business days for CA orders after the standard delivery window. Please email me at ibisenroute@gmail.com with your order number and tracking information, and I can provide a replacement depending on your preference.
.:. If your order shows that is delivered and you cannot find your package, unfortunately I cannot do much from my end. I encourage you to contact your local post office and file an inquiry. In my experience, this is the most effective method for finding your package.
At the moment I cannot provide expanded shipping regions through our online store, but I am actively working on an additional shop with Etsy. Be sure to join the newsletter or follow Ibis en Route on social media to be notified when it goes live!
